  • Developed curriculum and assessment strategies for over 400 students, including those with special needs and those at-risk of failing reading and math; first-generation college students; and community development practitioners
  • Created diverse social and economic empowerment curriculum for children and adults using cooperative learning models

Strategic Planning & Capacity Building

  • Pro bono consultant to over 50 community-based organizations, providing technical assistance in strategic planning, research, grant-writing, fundraising strategies, human resources & team building, program development, project implementation, and evaluation
  • Implemented five Facebook pages, successfully increasing expertise, resulting in nationwide and global metrics of over 8,500 viewers in a seven-day period
  • Coordinated special events including summits, community conferences, family-friendly outings, cultural celebrations, project launches, and open houses

  • Analyzed program data for over 300 program participants in substance abuse prevention program and 100 at-risk students in reading and math that resulted in renewed funding from federal agencies
